Cohiba Maduro 5 Secretos – Handmade, using maduro wrapper aged 5 years, and binder & filler aged 3 years.

The aroma is rich first light reveals a tight draw with plenty of thick medium bodied smoke production and deep earthy flavor. The whole cigar is the same from start to finish as far as flavors go, ending at 30 to 45 min to the nub. Rich deep earth, a touch of coffee here and there and some cedar touch on the long finish littler spice at the end. It holds medium-full both in body and flavor with a perefct draw and burn all the way down.

Excellent cigar from Cohiba. The Cohiba Maduro 5 Secretos has a refined flavor profile – lots of honey and toast. Draw was perfect and it burned for about 49 minutes. Only minor complaint is it’s slightly strong for my taste, but overall a great smoke.

Decent cigar but not my favorite from Cohiba. The Cohiba Maduro 5 Secretos has good flavor – coffee and dark chocolate – but didn’t wow me like other Cubans I’ve had. Construction was fine, burn was mostly even. It’s good, just not exceptional. Worth trying though.
