Products & Pricing
We strive to describe our cigars and accessories accurately, including origin, vitola and condition. Colours and packaging may vary slightly, as cigars are a natural, handcrafted product. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit quantities.
Orders & Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance once payment is processed and your order is dispatched. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel any order suspected of fraud or that violates these terms, with a full refund where payment was taken.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes, costs and our delivery guarantee are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Import duties and local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days as set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Opened or used cigars cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Authenticity
All cigars are sourced from authorized Habanos S.A. distributors. We stand behind the authenticity of every product we sell. Any guarantee details are outlined on our Authenticity Guarantee page.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Cuban Cigar Online and may not be reproduced without our written permission. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
Our products and site are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuban Cigar Online is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
