About the Romeo y Julieta Escudos Edicion Limitada 2007

Romeo y Julieta has long been one of the great pillars of Habanos, and the Escudos Edicion Limitada 2007 represents the marca at its most ambitious. Released as one of three Limitadas for 2007, this cigar was rolled in the traditional Robusto Extra format, a stout gordito vitola measuring 5.5 inches (141mm) by a 50 ring gauge. As with every Edicion Limitada, it was built from specially selected Vuelta Abajo leaf aged for a minimum of two years before rolling, which gives the blend an unusually settled, mellow character even by Romeo standards. Boxed in elegant dress packaging and produced in very limited numbers, it has become a genuine collector’s piece over the years.
