About the Partagas Seleccion Privada Edicion Limitada 2014

Partagas has been rolling some of Havana’s most powerful cigars since 1845, and the Seleccion Privada Edicion Limitada 2014 sits firmly in that tradition. Released as a Habanos limited edition, it carries the signature dark Edicion Limitada wrapper, matured for at least two years before the cigars left the factory. In the Magnum 50 format, also known as a Double Robusto, it gives you a generous canvas for the deep, earthy character that has made Partagas a favorite among seasoned smokers.

Flavor profile by thirds

The opening third settles in quickly with dense smoke and a core of cocoa, leather, and roasted coffee, framed by a touch of cedar. As you reach the midpoint, white pepper steps forward and the body builds, layering in roasted nuts and a savory, woody depth. Beautiful wrapper, flawless construction, and about 89 minutes of pure enjoyment. The flavor profile is incredible – spice and cedar. Will definitely order more!
