The Montecristo Línea 1935 Leyenda takes its name from the year the marque was founded, and it sits at the heart of the Línea 1935 series, the strongest and most intense range Montecristo produces. First released around 2018, this Cuban puro is rolled with Vuelta Abajo tobacco from Pinar del Río and dressed in a dark, oily wrapper that signals the depth waiting inside. Measuring 6.5 inches (165 mm) with a 55 ring gauge in the Gran Robusto format, it carries three bands, including the distinctive Línea 1935 ring and a protective foot band, marking it as something well beyond the everyday Montecristo.
