Tracking Your Order

You can follow your order at any time from the Track Order page using the tracking number sent to your email. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.


Returns & Refunds

Our 14-Day Promise

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping for eligible items is on us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  • Our team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions within one business day.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Due to the nature of the product, opened or used cigars cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
